Gretchen Cagle currently serves as a Project Manager and Special Services Content Lead for Bailey Education Group. She is a former teacher, psychometrist, special education administrator, and State Director of Special Education for the Mississippi Department of Education. In addition, she is the mother of two students with disabilities and is as frustrated with virtual instruction as the rest of the world!
