A Decade of Leadership: Welcoming Our 10th Anniversary Cohort

A New Chapter Begins  

Welcome to the 10th anniversary cohort! We are thrilled to celebrate this dynamic community of 76 school leaders from 37 school districts as they begin a milestone journey rooted in purposeful growth, meaningful impact, and service. From the Gulf Coast to the Delta, and from rural communities to some of Mississippi’s largest school systems, this cohort reflects the talent and commitment of educational leaders across our state.  

For 10 years, the PREPS Collaborating to Empower Others (CEO) Leadership Academy has connected leaders who believe that stronger communities begin with thoughtful, courageous leadership. This anniversary is both a celebration of that legacy and an invitation to imagine what comes next.
