Topic: Strategic Budgeting Tool

Session Description:

As states and districts navigate the wide-ranging repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic, they will be forced to make the kinds of difficult trade off decisions that are the inevitable consequence of an increase in demand for services in the face of declining revenues. We will share a tool and proposed process with a series of guiding questions to help SEAs and LEAs address critical short-term issues while planning for long term recovery.
